iConnect IT Business Solutions has been named KnowBe4 Partner of the Year 2026. The award recognises the company’s continued work with KnowBe4 and its results in helping organisations across the UAE strengthen security awareness and reduce human-related cyber risk.
This is the third consecutive year that iConnect has been recognised as KnowBe4’s Best Partner in the UAE, following the Best Partner of the Year award in 2025.
A long-standing partnership
The recognition builds on a long-standing partnership between iConnect and KnowBe4. Over the years, both organisations have worked with enterprises across the region to improve security awareness and help employees recognise phishing, social engineering and other common attack techniques.
Through the partnership, iConnect delivers the KnowBe4 platform to customers in the UAE, covering security awareness training, simulated phishing, real-time coaching, compliance training and PhishER Plus for the triage of user-reported email. iConnect’s team in Dubai handles the baseline phishing test, programme design, platform configuration, campaign delivery and reporting, so that each customer can measure the change in click and reporting rates against its own starting point.
Why security awareness matters
Security awareness remains an important part of how organisations approach cyber risk. Technical controls can detect and block many threats, while employees are still frequently targeted through convincing emails, impersonation and social engineering.
The effect of structured training is measurable. KnowBe4’s 2025 Phishing by Industry Benchmarking Report, based on 67.7 million phishing simulations across 62,400 organisations, found that the average share of users likely to fall for a phishing email fell from 33.1% before training to 4.1% after twelve months of continuous training, an improvement of 86%.
In the UAE, security awareness is also a compliance requirement. The UAE Information Assurance Standards expect documented awareness activity with evidence of delivery, and the programmes iConnect runs on KnowBe4 produce the completion and simulation records that assessors ask for.

Being recognised for a third consecutive year highlights the consistency of that work and the strength of the relationship between the two companies.
